support/tips for all around wellness

Hi there! I am looking for friends and support in my weightloss journey. I need to lose over 100 pounds and feel like any tips, support or even sucess stories to inspire me. I am also trying to obtain all around wellness. I've started doing yoga and like to try to get massage atleast once a month. Anyone who has other tips or expirience is greatly appreciated. Feel free to add :-)

    1) be true to yourself
    2) exercise everyday even if you're tired!

    Go to bed when you are tired and get enough sleep. When you are sleep deprived, your body tries to create more energy from food. I notice I eat late at night, but I don't need food, I need sleep.

    You just need to go post this around universities everywhere. I don't know how many nights
    i have spent up with a coffee in one hand and a muffin in the other. I never really thought of lack of sleep need food (just caffine), but it makes sense, eh?
