    Not. A wing. Would it hurt to just call it "Buffalo Cauliflower"??? Why masquerade as a wing.....

    Can't see how anything fried* and tossed in buffalo sauce wouldn't be delicious though. Good call.

    *edit: Excuse me, baked. Still battered though.

    so I entered this recipe in the recipe builder to calculate it. I am going to assume that 1 large head of cauliflower serves four people (I just guessed here because is this a side dish or a main course or what I don't even know). I came up with the following macros:

    207 cal
    32g carbs
    5g fat
    10g protein

    this isn't even "low carb." if you're not vegetarian, what is the point to eating this? srs question.
    Vegetables are good for you, even those of us who eat a pound of chicken breast at a time! I think calling it "wings" is stupid, but tarting it up a little bit to make it more delicious once in a while is a good way to get more veggies in.

    1 big *kitten* cauliflower

    Directions:
    Grill it
