I currently consume around 1200-1300 calories a day, high protein. I am doing Turbo Fire and running. Doing my first 1/2 Marathon this summer. I use a BodyMedia tracker for calories, steps, activity, etc. It syncs with my Food diary on MFP0 -

I haven't weighed myself since early December when I was 162. My journey began last January when I was at 178 and I got down to 154 by last Summer. I went back up to about 168 in October and then lost 6 lbs to get back to 162 in early December lmao. However I'm definitely feeling the Christmas excess and got back on the health train on Friday. To say my weight fluctuates is the understatement of the century. I really need to just face the music and weigh myself so I can start properly again but I'm thinking of healthily eating for a week or two first to soften the blow haha.

My goal consumption is 1200 calories a day but realistically i usually go over to around 1300. I walk ALOT so must burn a hell of a lot of calories.

Weekly Goal -2 pounds per week
I'm on a program of strength training and cardio 6 days per week. Usually doing 45-60 minutes of cardio then alternating between upper and lower body strength training. With music the whole time and a photo of someone with a great body nearby!
I drink plenty of water and try (key word) to eat "right".
