Joining late, but joining nonetheless! I'm not sure how much I ran in total so far, but I'm guessing around 10 miles. I'm going to do some running everyday to try and complete this!0

I love this!! I won't join in, as I am properly a runner now, but in Jan 2012 I went for my first 'new life' run and did 2.5 miles in 28 minutes (11m15s a mile) and thought I was going to die! I ran last night and did 10 miles in 1hr14m (7m25s a mile), and regularly run half marathon distance with a full marathon booked for May. Running really has changed my life, and i wouldn't be where I am now without. My advice to anyone on a weight loss trail is go buy some proper running shoes (not sports direct cheapies, proper Asics or Saucony) and get out there!! (And walk lots too! If you are going local, leave the car and walk!!)0
