    OMG. That's awesome and so inspiring! You look at least 10 years younger, and I'm not one to flatter people.

    What pace did you do on MFP? How many lbs per week goal did you set? How long before you started actively exercising, and what types of foods did you eat?

    I'd love to hear a little more insight or anything you learned along the way.
