Afternoon slump - What do you do?

    I have been doing my workout in the afternoon alot of times and I feel that Advocare Spark helps quite a bit! :)

    I either go for fruit or some cereal/porridge to get some energy back in. Toasties are in order too if I'm lacking some cals.

    Also, try drinking a cup or two of water and see if the craving goes away - sometimes it's the brain who can't send the right signals and you think you're hungry when in fact you're just thirsty :)
