Hi everyone. We'll this week I've joined a gym and started trying watch what I eat. Here is my plan to go to the gym in the afternoon and spend at least 60 minutes there doing cardio and weight training. Right now I have a question on what I should eat or drink before and after the gym, can you help?

That actually depends on what you want to accomplish and how feel about the options out there. There are pre-workout shakes that you could make, be that vitamin shop or home made, also the same for post-workout. For pre-workout I usually have my multivitamins and B-12, but after my workout I have a whey protein shake with BCAA plus a cup of green beans. That helps with keeping the muscle mass you have while trying to loose the fat
, plus it keeps me full until I can get home and eat.
