5'4 -5'5 girls.. weight & measurements

( not important to be at goal weight, anyone below 160)
hi
i am just between this height.
Pls post your weight and height and measurements

1- under the breast, where bra line finishes
2- navel ,, the most important
3-hips at the widest point
4-thigh at widest point

feel free to add any more measurements :)
you can tell your starting weight and current weight and if your recent results are out of only a calorie deficit or do you resistance (strenght ) training as well.

I'm closer to 5'6", but I'll start off if that helps. Fine by me ;) I'm wide-framed, so I'll note that.

    1. 36" (ribs visible)
    2. Just under 31" at the moment
    3. 40 to 40.5 (hard to measure or just glute pump?)
    4. Just under 23.5, same as when I was an athlete in HS and weighed much less

Last year January I was 171-3, and now I am 152-153. I weight lift, definitely, but I didn't start that seriously (again) until September. I did it for decades (since high school) and was off of it for probably 2 years before September.

EDIT: I'm only really looking for my lower tummy measurement and waist-at-navel to go down a bit. Those are my pinch-an-inch areas (but not so many inches any more!)

Not interested in bust? Or actual waist measurement? I'll add them in anyway...

    Height: 5'4
    Start weight: 164lbs
    Current weight: 116lbs

    Bust: 35
    Underbust: 28.5
    Actual waist: 26
    navel: 30
    Hips: 36
    Thigh: 20

I've been doing this for just over a year. For the first few months I went to the gym and did strength training, but I gave up on that about half a year ago and haven't really done any exercise since. I started off on 1200 a day and recently went up to 1300.

Can't speak for the OP, but I personally find them VERY interesting. I think it's fun to see how you compare against others of the same height and weight, to see what sort of measurements you might get at lower weights and, especially for this thread, see what sort of difference weight lifting can make.

I think it's important (or good, anyway) to show that 18" thighs are not what every has, etc. And the higher goal weights can be very helpful. I used to think I was supposed to be at the smallest end of my BMI range, and I have to lose muscle to get there! Important to know :)

Of course, folks are all different, but this can show that in detail, I think.

I'm almost 5'4" so I'm probably an inch shorter than you are.

I'm 168 lbs, my highest weight was 171 lbs.

I don't know my under bust measurement, sorry
Waist at the belly button: 33 inches
    Hips around the butt: 42.5
    Upper left thigh: 26
    Upper right thigh: 26.5
Lower left thigh (right above the knee):19.5
Lower right thigh (right above the knee): 20
    Left bicep: 12.5
    Right bicep: 13

My goal weight is 125 lbs. I am mostly keeping track of my measurements though, as I find it more of an inspiration to keep working out than simply how much I weigh :)

Oh and most of this was through calorie deficit and chasing a toddler, not so much strength or cardio.
