Going out for a meal as me and my partner were together 4 years yesterday. Really looking forward to it Have worked so hard the last two weeks so will be nice to have a couple of glasses of wine! Having a meal off the healthy menu though - not going too mad!0

Lasagna stuffed peppers: half a pepper, a layer of turkey and mushroom tomato sauce, a layer of light ricotta, a another layer of tomato sauce, topped with a bit of cheese and baked in the oven... only 330 cals for a full pepper. YUMMMMM!!!!!!
I'm trying this tonight!0 -
Chicken and dumplings. I'm a flexitarian, but I only eat chicken in my dad's chicken and dumplings! So good! And pretty light as long as you stick to a couple dumplings0

A jumble of steamed broccoli, carrots, and turkey dogs topped off with a boiled egg and some hot sauce. Boring, but great macros and easy to throw together.0

Tonight I roasted some carrots, then made a big salad with almost equal parts high quality tuna and super thinly sliced red onion, a whole lot of chopped parsley, arugula, lots of lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and a splash of olive oil. Very tasty : ) Then had four squares of 90% chocolate for dessert.0

Chicken Parm I with shredded cabbage instead of noodles. I use water instead of egg to bread and then bake the chicken breast. then you boil shredded cabbage for like 8 mins or so and drain ( make sure to let drain awhile or it will make the sauce runny) put the chicken on the cabbage and cover with spaghetti sauce. SUPER YUMMY0

Lamb shank and chickpeas. It's in the slow cooker now. When the lamb's done I'll shred it and mix it through and well have it with tortillas and yoghurt. Good old slow cooker!0

For dessert, my go-to is a large helping of greek yogurt, a spoonful of Nutella, and some strawberries. BLISS.0 -
