Same here!!!! I need as much support as possible. I lost 26 lbs, then gained back 12 since September. I've taken 5 of it back off, but I'm still incredibly depressed and de-motivated after my "relapse."0

Anyone is welcome to add me, I've been at this just shy of a year (Feb 11) & I have lost 98lbs & have 47lbs to go. I don't have an open diary but I log daily, haven't missed a day since I started, I update my status regularly & I've been blogging since week 1. I also have a facebook group set up for people to follow me too

Hello Feel free to add me as well. I've been on a bit of a journey. I lost a significant amount of weight in 2010, and over the last six months I've gained a lot of it back. I could do with some positivity too. I'm back on track now and tracking everything that passes my lips. Definitely the key for me. Good luck!0

Yes I am looking for some weight loss buddies as well. Feel free to add me.
I am 47, work as a carer in a dementia unit in resthome level. I go to the gym 3 times a week regardless of how I feel or what I have eaten. Its a good stress release, and I starting to see the benefits of that. I have lost 7.3 kgs, for those people who think in pounds that is about 16 pounds. I know that 1 kg is 2.2 pounds.
