For me losing weight is easy. Once I set my mind to it the weight falls off. The problem I have is maintaining the weightloss. Lately I've been searching for ways to maintain weightloss once you've reached your goal weight. I will be posted more info on maintaining your weightloss! ....."You have nothing to lose but weight"0

Hello everyone! I'm Nadra. I recently joined MFP and I still don't know my way around here. Anyways, I'm 19 years old. I weigh 150lbs and I'm 5 feet short, hehe. Um I plan on losing AT LEAST 20lbs by Jan 1st. I go to a gym twice a week, cut off all the junkfood, and started eating healthy. But to no avail! I guess I should be more patient, huh? Stubborn body..

today since it's my day off from work i'm going to catch up on some jillian michaels 30 day slim down i missed such as yesterday the no more trouble zones x 2 pretty much i want to make this day a last chance workout...ONE OF THEM...LOL0

OK so i just signed up to start a couch to 5 k challenge that's starting on october 11 on MFP....i've never done anything like this before so along with my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program i'll be doing this too
i was wondering how in the world i was going to do this after i signed up for it...was i needing to look at my cell phone the whole time i was doing this or what??? my cell phone has a stopwatch mode anyways so i looked on the internet for like a couch to 5k music thing...and sure enough i found it :-) below is the link to it

after ur walking interval is up it makes like a chime sound...and very NOTICEABLE....and it does the same thing as when ur jogging interval is up...it does play music so its not like there's someone saying for u to start walking or jogging every so seconds....like i said that's what the chime sound does0 -

i'm now up to date on my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program
even though i have all 3 dvds to the program i use the ON DEMAND section on cable....they have all 3....at least level 1 of the 30 day shred...not sure of level 2...i dont want to think that far ahead...lol...instead of having to pop in dvds everytime i just turn on the tv and go to ON DEMAND and go to jillian michaels...i have not been using the weights for the simple fact i dont have the weights yet...not for another 2 weeks when i get paid again..i just got paid yesterday but i have bills to pay...lol...but here in a day or two im getting 2 - 20 oz water bottles and use those as hand weights0 -
HELLO EVERY ONE.... SORRY I HAVEN'T POSTED IN A WHILE.. I HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING WELL. AS FOR MYSELF TODAY WAS WEIGH DAY 3LBS LOST. A TOTAL OF 12LBS SO FAR. A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED BUT STILL MOTIVATED. I HAVE 13LBS TO GO! FOR THE NEXT 2 MONTHS I WILL BE WORKING OUT WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER AND ON A VERY LOW CALORIE DIET (700 CALORIES A DAY)! I LITTLE SACRIFACE GOES ALONG WAY..." I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE BUT WEIGHT"0

Losing weight this time of year is always a challenge. I will say my goal for January will be 20lbs. I think anything more is kind of stretching it and setting an unrealistic goal. Just always have to remember, everything in moderation!0

9 lbs down, 16 to go, so that's 2 lbs per week if I aim for Jan 13th!!! I'll be happy to drop 11 for New Years.

ALSO I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO MAINTAIN MY WEIGHTLOSS ONCE I REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT! MAINTAINING MY WEIGHTLOSS IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS LOSING THE WEIGHT! ALWAYS REMEMBER TO STAY POSITIVE.....0
