Navel oranges are a great snack. (I used to call them belly button oranges when I was a kid)
I like the mandarin ones-- 35-40 calories each.0 -
orange you glad you read this thread?
How did lemons get in here? Was there an invitation? NO. I don't think so.
There is that LZ song, but...
Lemons go where they damned well please.0 -
Because they have fiber and vitamin C among other things. And, well, they taste good. It's all about balance.
Are you on the scurvy diet?:happy:0 -
the micronutrients in fruits and veggies are vital to staying healthy0

If you don't wanna eat em...don't. Who cares?0

Do you like scurvy? You can pretend you are a pirate I guess...
^^^ LMAO! Truly.
Oranges, or other "watery fruits" as OP called them, are full of vitamins, fibre, and other nutrients. Plus they fill you up Fruit is good for you!0 -
It's a single cell protein combined with synthetic aminos, vitamins, and minerals. Everything the body needs.
I prefer Mudder's Milk. All the protein, carbs and vitamins from your grandma's turkey dinner... plus 15% alcohol.0 -
Because they taste good and have lots of nutrients?0

Oranges have 70 calories eatch, all they are is sour water basically, same for grapes and other watery fruits, it seems like a waste of calories as eating 3 oranges would be 210 calories, of basically water , why would you waste 210 calories when you could of ate 2 chicken breasts , 2 cans of tuna 1 container cottage cheese, 2 eggs , or something solid that you could bite chew and would fill you up instead of them watery oranges,
Why would I eat ONE container of cottage cheese when I could have THREE oranges? All cottage cheese is is clotted milk basically, and you can't bite cottage cheese, plus it has "curds" which rhymes with "turds" and that's just gross, now isn't it?
No really, that's what your logic sounds like.0 -

You could always eat something different....maybe celery ( that is solid and gives you something to chew on )....or better yet....cauliflower !0 -
