I registered just out of curiosity but didn't become active until a month or so ago....
I was exercising regularly yet I put on weight, so my boyfriend suggested I track my food. So here I am, after a month of tracking food&exercise I'm even fitter than before.

Real reason?
If left to my own devices, I freak out, think I have to give up sugar, eat only clean foods, and end up eating 12 pounds of spinach and only getting 800 calories.
