    I had a couple. Both seem to have stopped coming around. Neither was interested in joining a gym.

    Legit reasons or no? I would love to join a gym, but life right now has presented bigger needs for my time and money.

    Since I posted offering to mentor someone interested in intermittent fasting I've gotten a lot of messages asking for more info/support-I've now amassed a small army of new IFer's :laugh: It's been fun interacting with everyone, and hopefully they'll be able to use the suggestions/tools I've passed onto them and use them to their benefit :)

    I had three...one of them last logged in on January 9th and another one last logged in on the 14th...the third I just had to dismiss as issues were beyond my capabilities....basically, I'm not a doctor or a mental health professional, and she really needed both.

    I like being able to help people. Have taken a few under my wing and answered any questions they have.

    Can't be an all day thing and they have to be willing, but it seems to work ok.:wink:

    I am up for adoption and thick skinned and can take constructive criticism :)

    by the way 20 lbs of my weight is a side effect of the thick skin :ohwell:

    I wish that too...I had to wade through a lot of BS and unlearn most of what I thought I knew to be true.

    Hmmm this is the first time I heard of this and sounds very interesting! Not sure about completely adopting someone but always welcom for advise.. but only so much as I do have my own problems at times as well haha
