Don't be so quick to judge it's not possible. I lost 110 pounds naturally in one year. No surgery, No gimmicks, no fad diets, no starving myself on 1200 a day. Hard work and dedication. You can lose 2 pounds a week and reach over 100 pounds lost in a year.0 -

Totally Doable I lost over 100 in a little more then 9 months on MFP. Just stick to you calories and my reasonable choices and its in the Bag. Once you start dropping the weight you will become more active its inevitable.0 -

I have the same goals. 100 lbs in 1 year. 2 lbs a week should get me at least that much with diet and exercise.
I would love to have the company of others trying for the same goal, so feel free to add me. Its easier to accomplish a goal with support and friends.
