What is the Calorie burn for Insanity 60 et al

Does anyone know how to calculate the calorie burn for Insanity 60 and Rush Fit. I do both of these and fudge the numbers when I'm keeping track of my workouts. There's nothing accurate or scientific about my guess work. Perhaps this information has been calculated. If you know of anything thing in this regard please share. Thanks, David
