Two donuts put you over your calories?
That's what I was thinking.

I know, right? No donuts for almost a year so I had to.
One was chocolate cake with chocolate frosting COVERED in sprinkles.
The other was a raised donut with white frosting. YUM>0 -
Excercise and earn some extras cals!
this right here!!!0 -
I would probably be a bit more strict for the rest of the week to balance it out C:0

Two donuts may be less calories than you imagine.
My local favorite is about 200 calories each.
In some ways, those 2 donuts could substitute a proper meal.
I'd say work out 30-60 minutes extra today,
and it will put things back into equilibrium.
Everything is fine in moderation!0 -
I enjoy it and realize it's not the end of the world and doesn't ruin the day.
Whatever you do you have to make what you eat fit into your lifestyle. Life is gonna happen, donuts will happen. Cake too! It's okay. Just work out and keep going!0 -
Don't get discouraged and berate yourself!! It happens just do an awesome workout to counteract those devile donuts lol0

Lots of GOOD advice here. The most important thing is to realize that it is okay. Burn some extra cals today and be careful with your other meals. Sounds like you really enjoyed the donuts. Don't let guilt take that away.0

Thanks for the awesome motivation. I used to go purge things like donuts. Heading back to my elliptical for awhile....0 -

Redeem the day as best as you can. Healthy choices for the rest of the day, coupled with some extra exercise, does wonders.
Whether or not you do damage control today, don't let it affect your tomorrow, or week, or month. It's so easy to let one bad day sabotage your plans. We all have little slip ups. That just means we need to move on from them without looking back.0 -
Just get back on the exercise bike and grind it out - you can do it!0
-
make better food choices the rest of the day, and move on.0
