Did mine today at work checking blood pressure.. Resting heart rate was 55..... I do insanity and spin so
I do a lot of cardio.0 -
57.....lots of running!! Higher stroke volume = slower heart rate.0

usually 47-52. Just checked it and I'm at 60 at the moment but I did a large portion of HITT earlier so I think it is still going from that0

What's your HR Recovery from a high HR in a workout to stopping, in say 1 min?
I can hit 50. Depending on heat level.0 -
I am not at a healthy weight, and I'm on my second week of mfp. My resting heart rate is 85ish. I'm hoping as I lose weight and get healthier it will go down.0

Mine is dreadfull around 70 despite doing an hour of cardio daily. I was seriously ill in 2011 and spent 6 months in hospital including 7 weeks on life support in intensive. When I was discharge my resting heart rate was 100. Eek.0
