I'm looking at my nutrition on my food diary and am seriously lacking in protien..I need to watch my cholesterol....any tips?

    Specifically what do you have going on that is impacted by your dietary cholesterol.

    Lean meats, greek yogurt, black beans

    Try having a shake. I use Prime Protein (plant based) NO SOY - It's delicious and that's because I only add water and ice!
