    I really need this. First goal is 20lbs by the end of May for my Grand Northern Europe, 40th Anniversary trip. I'll update weight when I get home from work tonight.
  • i too want to lose 50 lbs by summer i feel like everyone has told me that it is unrealistic i guess it all depends on the effort put in i wish you all the luck!

    Today's weight 213.4 (hurts to put that out there)
    Weight goals:
    Goal 1) Onderland!
    Goal 2) Twenty pounds by May 28th
    Goal 3) 40 pounds by Fall.

    Fitness goals:
    1) Nicotine free by May 28th
    2) Meet daily step goals on my Misfit Shine
    3) Go to gym at work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, increase endurance.

    My diary is open, Lets Do This!

    So I joined this group. Really happy about getting support to help lose some of this unhealthy weight. I have finally eliminated sugars, and I am trying gluten free. Just now starting to lose the pounds. Keeping up my exercise by walking on the weekend and I joined a class that meets three days a week, body flow. But I am not sure where everyone posts. Am I posting in the right spot? Thanks all, have a great super bowl day.

    I'm looking to lose 40-ish pounds as well. I'm more concerned with what I want my body to look like, but I feel that goal is about 40 pounds away. I hope a few people will add me, I'm really looking for support, as all of my family and friends are pretty counterproductive (I'm a student so alcohol and fast food are a large part of my daily diet).

    I also struggle with not eating enough. Food choices have never been a problem for me, like I said earlier, it's alcohol that has put weight on me for the most part.

    Heya! I'm in if you want to invite me. I'm 5'9 - 180 and my first goal is 160 then I'll revise it when I get there. 140 sounds like a good ultimate goal! (25 yo on 2/23 :)

    GW 169 (or thereabouts it's more a waist size goal of 31-32")

    Goal this week is to be 204 by Sunday

    I'm aiming for June and will by myself a bespoke suit for my 54th birthday in July if I achieve it. (which will be incentive to keep the weight off lol)

    Good job on the weight loss so far. I am currently 242 lbs and i have the same goal as you by the end of summer, or at least to be at 200 lbs by then. What are some exercise routine yo currently abide by?

    Hello all!! If you don't mind me joining this group for support as well, that'd be great!

    At the start of January my goal was to lose 45 pounds by end of May beginning of June.

    Age: 22
    Starting Weight: 160
    Current Weight: 146
    Goal Weight: 115
    Goal per week: 2 pounds

    Goal for working out is every day, most of the week 1 hour, and sometimes if I'm short on time, or lazy, just a 20-30 minute workout. I do manage the occasional rest days, but I always feel once I stop I won't want to start again.

    Hey all,

    Its been almost a month since my last post on this thread, I'm sorry to tell you that the group is closed. We had a big issue with people joining and then not posting at, I'm talking over 200 people not posting. So, I would encourage the new people who posted to go forth and create your own group! Its not hard!

    Starkiller, could you flesh out the reasons for why the group was closed? What was expected of group members? I was participating in the weekly weigh-in worksheet but didn't post in other threads. I'm still a relative newbie and am taking in information rather than offering knowledge to others.
