1 pounds down this week....I was hoping for more, but with TOM here, I guess I should welcome the 1 pound. LOL 12 pounds total in 6 weeks.0

Down 27.6 lbs since February 2012.
But the scale isn't the best judge...
I am down 3 pant sizes. The last time I was this weight, I was in a bigger size pants. I've been working out and have toned up and lost inches.

This is my first time doing the Friday weighers. I worked hard this week and I am down two pounds this week. It feels great to see the numbers drop. All of your stories are helping me today as I am tired today.0

This is my first post to Friday Weighers in a year. Just logged on again last week. I lost 7 lbs this week. im sure this is water since I just started, but I will take it :-). Good luck to everyone & see u next Friday0

I'm a Friday-weigher too. I've moved my weigh-day around... originally on Saturday mornings, but found that I tend to endulge in a beer or three on Fridays... then I switched it to Monday but found we were going to friend's homes or eating out etc on the weekends so THAT didn't work either. But Fridays seemed to fit just fine. So here I am. Down 93lbs overall and lost 2.5 this week. Thanks again and good luck to everyone!!

I'm with you. I only lost 1 this week. *sigh* Why is it I can gain back 5 pounds in one week, but only lose one working out like crazy and tracking everything? Oh well, at least we didn't gain! Hang in there! :-)0 -

-4 since last wiegh in!! 12 lbs to go for first goal of 160. if I can lose another 5 lbs after that I will be feeling great about myself this summer!! Once I get to 160 it gets very hard to lose more. LOVE the scale today though :-)0

First post on this website. Lost 1.4 lbs this week. Lost 2.4 last week. Looking to speed my weight loss up a bit as I approach my goal weight so I incorporated more protein and less carbs. Has anyone seen their weight loss for a week be effected by cheat days? i do mine on Saturdays and kind of went all out last week and dropped a lb less this week than last, wondering if thats why0
