-4 since last wiegh in!! 12 lbs to go for first goal of 160. if I can lose another 5 lbs after that I will be feeling great about myself this summer!! Once I get to 160 it gets very hard to lose more. LOVE the scale today though :-)0

First post on this website. Lost 1.4 lbs this week. Lost 2.4 last week. Looking to speed my weight loss up a bit as I approach my goal weight so I incorporated more protein and less carbs. Has anyone seen their weight loss for a week be effected by cheat days? i do mine on Saturdays and kind of went all out last week and dropped a lb less this week than last, wondering if thats why0
