    When Shaun T finally say's 'Peace out'!!

    He is the only man that can get away with shouting at me at 5.30 am!!

    ha ha. I am doing Rockin' Body right now and when the bar on the bottom of the screen says cool down, sometimes I find myself saying, "oh, thank god." ha ha

    The part where I walk over to the weights like I own the place, get funny looks from the younger guys, and end up lifting only about 5lbs less than they are!

    The dancing...I dance vigorously for 30 minutes straight as my cardio. I LOVE IT! It's fun, it works out so many areas of your body all at once AND you work up an amazing sweat.

    I have 2 moments. In the middle of my run when I feel like an unstoppable train. Then again, as I'm stepping out of the shower and think, yeah.....I did it again.


    ^^^^this but as well as the stepping out, the stepping into the shower and that first splash of hot water. It's just a beautiful moment :happy:

    I have multiple parts of my workout that I consider my best.

    1) My daughters "doing" the exercises with me.
    2) Completing exercises I haven't been able to do before.
    3) Completing the entire workout. (I do workout DVDs)
    4) Getting my frustrations out during the Kickboxing circuits. :)
