We are on our DAY 4 ... And MAY 10th is our deadline.....
folks who joined late can either make it up for 4 days by working a little extra on one of the weekends ..... or can extend the Deadline....
but i will suggest the former... . it helps in keeping the spirit of this challenge.... :happy:0 -
I will join you. I am trying to lose 30 more pounds. I have already lost 20 pounds. I have kind of gotten off track the last couple of months and need to get back on track. This sounds like a great way to do that.0

Yes!! 100 days is about 14 weeks, right? They say 2 lb a week - which makes it about 40 lb.

I just started today, so if it is not too late I would love to join in this 100 day challenge. My goal is to lose 25 pounds by my 40th birthday in May so this works out perfectly!0

I am in but I am aiming for 20 lbs myself. I tend to quit if it gets too much. I tend to flip at the number. So I will shoot for 20 lbs.0

I'm following a combination of the DASH plan for reducing blood pressure, Dr Sandra Cabbot's plan for healing a fatty liver, and incorporating I.F. (Intermittent Fasting or 5:2 on Sundays and Thursdays 200 cal/day) .. and walking 3-5 miles/day + yoga + pilates stretching0
