I'm following a combination of the DASH plan for reducing blood pressure, Dr Sandra Cabbot's plan for healing a fatty liver, and incorporating I.F. (Intermittent Fasting or 5:2 on Sundays and Thursdays 200 cal/day) .. and walking 3-5 miles/day + yoga + pilates stretching0 -
