24 Hour Challenge - February

I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying. We had phenomenal participation last month!
The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of February... Good luck everybody.
Here goes: Feb 2 (Sun) 30min walk, 30min bike (23hrs left)

Here we go again - month 2 of a new year!!
24 hours = 1,440 minutes
2/01 .............................walked 3.75 pace (average) for 60 minutes
2/02 ............................. ran 7.25 miles (avg pace 9'35") for 69 minutes, walked cool down for 8 minutes Total for day: 75 minutes
Total Left: 1,305 minutes0 -
2/1 : Zumba 50 mins
Minutes left : 1390
Love this challenge too. I probably won't make it this month coz I will be out of the country.. Will see what I can do in 3 weeks0 -
This is a great challenge. So far I've one 1 hour. 30 minutes of the elliptical and 30 minutes of strength training.0

2/1 - 2 hours 30 minutes (Cleaning, Cooking, Stretching)

I am back again for this challenge and I am determined to meet the goal this month. Last month I missed goal for the first time in a long time if ever :grumble:
Thanks for always hosting this challenge!! It is a great one that I just cant quit!

02/02 - 225 minutes (HM ran and a little extra, 13.57 miles completed in total)

Last month I did more exercise than I had done in months. This thread encouraged me to do more, I managed 1024 minutes and aim to beat that this month :happy:
1st Feb - 33mins (Running)
2nd Feb - 65mins (Body Sculpt)
3rd Feb - 25mins (JM30DS)
Total done - 123
Left to do - 13170 -
Gonna give it a try again. I'll have to add up my minutes from the weekend later and update.0
