My top 5 are:
1. protein shake
2. oats
3. ground cinnamon
4. banana
5. rice
Items 1-4 are for my breakfast and afternoon snacks shake, and then rice! I'm a Pacific Islander (Asian for some), so most of our meals are served with rice.0 -
right now, its a drink, and its rum and egg nog.

Unfortunately, some are better than others, but you do what you need to. Here's a haphazard ranking.
1. Diet Coke
2. Unsweetened chocolate almond milk (45 calorie servings!)
3. Frozen raspberries/blueberries/strawberries
4. Stevia
5. Spinach
6. Tomatoes of all kinds!
7. Feta cheese
8. Gluten-free (corn) pasta
9. Greek yogurt plain
10. Honey/brown sugar (they tie because I put them on my yogurt and in breakfast/with fruit/etc)0 -

Zombie thread back from Dec! At that time I mentioned that mine was pretty uninteresting except for the presence fo tequila. Still pretty uninteresting. But:
