My goal is to lose an average of 2 pounds per week.
Starting weight is 193... goal weight for this is 163 or less. Ultimate goal weight is 120-125, or size 4. I am ultimately more concerned with the shape of my body and how clothes fit than I am the number on the scale, but I have a ways to go to get to that point.
The timing of this is perfect. 100 days from today my eldest daughter is getting married, and the dress I purchased for the occasion is smaller than what I currently wear. It is a size 12, and I am currently a 16 or 18. I must fit in that dress!0 -
