Upper body exercise

Hi everyone,
I'm back on the weight and inch loss mission but I'm looking for the best workout to lose the inches for the upper body. I've started to do Zumba which feels great but not sure I'm gonna loose up top doing it.

All help appreciated.

    I strongly suggest doing a weight lift regime.

    Stronglifts 5x5 is a great option!

    All exercises burn fat, but no exercises target fat from certain body parts. It doesn't work that way. You will lose the fat in the reverse order that you gained it.. regardless of which muscles you work. So keep doing the Zumba if you enjoy it. If your gym has a strength training class, do that twice a week too. Or follow a strength program like NROL4W (google it).
