    Not sure if it's a "health food", but unsweetened almond milk. I can't digest milk protein (casein) very well. Almond milk helps me get my calcium, it's great for any kind of recipe that you'd use milk in, and it has zero grams of sugar.

    It sure is! I make mine at home using only almonds, coconut oil and water and could drink it all day in fruit smoothies. Great for low carb diets and has heaps of protein too.

    My favourite health food though is coconut cream - I eat it out of the can by the spoonful. And raw cacao nibs for my chocolate cravings :)

    My favourite food that's really easy to fit into my macros and could eat all day if it didn't cost so much money is smoked salmon. I'd happily follow the "smoked salmon and oh wait, better eat something with carbs in to balance my macros" diet.

    I'm loving coconut cream, coconut butter, peanut butter, apples, spinach, and blueberries lately. Oh and eggs! I love boiled eggs because they are quick, great source of protein, and virtually no mess.
