    I'm loving coconut cream, coconut butter, peanut butter, apples, spinach, and blueberries lately. Oh and eggs! I love boiled eggs because they are quick, great source of protein, and virtually no mess.

    ETA: Couldn't pick just one! All delicious!!

    Tuna steaks, chicken, avocado, apples, pistachios, almonds, Brussels sprouts, fresh green beans, broccoli & cauliflower... Pretty much any fresh vegetable, especially if green.

    Hazelnuts are my new favorite - soaked overnight takes any bitterness out, then roasted on low heat for 2 hours brings out their best flavors.

    Organic goat yogurt.

    Blueberries.

    Put all three in a bowl, and that's my 'one' best favorite health food. ;)

    Foods I love and eat almost every day: amaranth, almond milk, kale, 85% dark chocolate. In the everyday-not-so-healthy category would be Barbara's Jalapeno Cheese Puffs.....they may just be the "secret" to my success at losing weight this time! :bigsmile:
