ANY sour candies! Sour patch kids, warheads etc... the only way to help with the cravings is for me to take a tiny shot of pure lemon juice!0

Cheez-its, cape cod chips, stacy's chips spaghetti, cheetos, and oreos. There's probably more but that's what comes to mind. Especially cheez-its. I need to quit them cold turkey for sure until I hit my goals- so far so good . 0 . 0

I have a lot of things that I like, but these are the thing that you could not sit in front of me and expect me to exert much willpower, or once I start eating it, I find it hard to stop.
French Fries (shoe string, steak, particular about the way it is cooked, otherwise I have willpower)
Apple Pie (OMG, stuff me with pie, maybe a scoop of ice cream on the side, and I will die happy )
Pizza (cold, warm, hot, half eaten...*sigh*)
Pringles (I really can't stop once I pop)
 Krispy Kreme Donuts (mmmmm glaze)
 Cheesesteak (ummm...I'm from Philly)
Chocolate Chip Cookies (Fresh out of the oven requirement, otherwise I have willpower)0

Nuts and trail mix. I love nuts and they're very nutritious but I cannot buy a bag, weigh out 30g and put the rest away. I try but fail every single time. Just one more........... And then I find the whole 500g bag is inexplicably empty. So they don't come in the house anymore. I do sometimes buy the little snack packs but even they contain two portions! Yeah, right!! 0 0
