  • Not that it's my FAVORITE, but these are a few things I could have every morning that make me feel most motivated to make healthier decisions throughout the remainder of my day:

    Oatmeal with fresh blueberries
    Green tea

    Starting the day off right has a positive domino effect.

    I Love Steamed Veggies just about all kinds.. I've had 2 steamer pots for years that I never used,, Now I use them all the time lol !! Sometimes I will take some light Italian dressing and brush it on the veggies while still streaming !!! Delicious !!!

    Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, natural almonds(Blue Diamonds), and Tofu. Mmmmmmm Oh and my frozen Protein Shake ( Ice and One scoop of Protein Powder mix in a blender) The Best.

    Coconut water I love and Almond milk

    All fruits I love

    Sushi

    And I do love a wispa/twirl bar.........Ok not a health food - But a bit of chocolate/ choccy biscuits........Yum yum! Shhh!!

    Guys name your one best favorite health food, which you would like to eat/drink every day.

    Vegetables. I snack on broccoli, celery, cauliflower, carrots. And I have those veggies, salads, green beans, peas, and sauerkraut for dinner.

    Green beans - the way my mother makes them.

    Broccoli casserole - although the velveeta, crumbled townhouse crackers on top and melted butter drizzled over the top aren't very healthy! LOL

    Key Lime Greek Yogurt

    Chocolite protein bars

    "oreo pie" - use either a oreo crumb crust or graham cracker crust - then add a layer of fat free/sugar free vanilla pudding, then a layer of fat free/sugar free chocolate pudding. Topped with a blop of cool whip or whipped cream.

    Obviously I have a hard time picking just one!! LOL

    I realized now (in my 30's) how much I love veggies. Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage.
    But also Peanut butter and almonds and all the yummy protein shakes I make.

    Great winter comfort food~ mixes with anything! Nuts, fruit, coconut, chocolate~

    Also beans! Black beans and lentils are my favorites.
    I like to make a lentil loaf! Also great winter comfort food :))

    And winter squash. Goes great with curry spices!
