    I'm 22, ~5'3" and I weigh ~144lbs. I mostly want to reintroduce myself to food in a healthier way. Growing up I would mindlessly snack and just eat constantly because I was bored. That's a habit I don't want to keep throughout my life, so this seemed like a logical step! I'm wanting to get down to 120-125lbs. I run everyday to every other day and do strength training around 4-5 times a week! I have NO friends on here yet! I'd love to form a support system for each other :)

    I've not seen my twin yet in these posts but some very close relations!

    I'm a 44 year old female and 5'6. Just started out last month on my MFP journey after spending last year aimlessly struggling to lose weight. Just working my way through a Couch to 5k program and on week 6. Also do weights twice a week and Fitstar app twice a week.

    Currently following a 1200 calorie/day "diet" and getting ready to join the gym (Tuesday) and hoping to get back into shape. I would love to reach my goal by my 44th birthday (October 12th).

    Looking for a fellow driven middle aged women. Who believes that Demi Moore and other middle aged women socialites are inspirations to how to age gracefully :)

    Currently pretty much following the program set out in "Thinner, Leaner and Stronger". Which includes 3-5 heavy weight sessions, 3 interval training sessions and a high protein low cal diet. Also throwing in extra cardio, hiking and Pilates. Happy to say things are bouncing back into place slowly but surely.

    30 years old. 5'10". Current weight: 205.5, down from 214. Goal weight: 150-155, whichever fits me into a Size 9 dress again! Just finishing up 30-day Shred, on to Ripped in 30 next. Cut out all wheat, processed sugars, most dairy (except greek yogurt and about 1/4 cup skim milk mozzarella cheese a week), cut way back on alcohol (1 to 2 glasses of red wine every other week), switched from coffee to green tea.

    Struggle to lose even when eating at 1400-1600 a day - I think my metabolism is faulty!
    Work hard in a fairly sedentary job, love walking by the sea with my lovely husband, we are very lucky to live in a gorgeous small coastal town in the UK.
