At the start of January my goal was to lose 45 pounds by end of May beginning of June.

Goal for working out is every day, most of the week 1 hour, and sometimes if I'm short on time, or lazy, just a 20-30 minute workout. I do manage the occasional rest days, but I always feel once I stop I won't want to start again.0 -

Its been almost a month since my last post on this thread, I'm sorry to tell you that the group is closed. We had a big issue with people joining and then not posting at, I'm talking over 200 people not posting. So, I would encourage the new people who posted to go forth and create your own group! Its not hard!

Starkiller, could you flesh out the reasons for why the group was closed? What was expected of group members? I was participating in the weekly weigh-in worksheet but didn't post in other threads. I'm still a relative newbie and am taking in information rather than offering knowledge to others.0
