I'm in :happy: I've made myself 2 goals to get rid of my last 10 lbs: 5 lbs by the end of Decemeber & 5 more by beginning of March 2010.
Starting Weight as of 11-28-10: 150 (5'6" frame)
December 31, 2010 goal: 145
March 1, 2011 goal: 140 (haven't seen that weight since I was in 6th grade )
Hopefully seeing other peoples results will kick my rear in gear to do it to :happy:

Karen - probably not since caffeine dehydrates. I'm a big coffee drinker - but I wouldn't count it towards my water intake. Same with alcohol. :-( Of course, ultimately, it's up to you, but that's my suggestion.0 -
hee hee water....I drink loads of crystal light and tea and coffee and diet sodas but...the only time I drink plain water is at the gym. Good mini goal. I will start this Monday am as I work all night and won't have the time to hit the ladies room that often. So by Friday I should have achieved 40 glasses of water.0

Just weighed myself. Gain 2 pounds over the holidays, but I'm back on track today and I will be down at least 5 pounds by New Years.
CW: 118.8
GW: 112.80 -
I'm a few days late but I'm in. I am mostly focused on toning up and maintaining a healthy weight (somewhere between 120-125).
I am only up about one lb from Thanksgiving which is great.
CW: 127.4

I have TOM knocking at my door in the next couple of days - so my Fri. weigh in might be a bit off. :-( And so will my appetite!0

Hi!...I've been very good this week since I was sick and I'm down 2.5 lbs which puts me on 117.7 lbs wooho! Mi goal is to achieve 115 next week and lose a couple more before Christmas...I will be starting today a very low carb diet to shred this last pounds faster because it's so difficult to lose weight when you're close to your goal...How is everybody doing?0

Goal by 1/1/11: 158 lbs.
Ending goal 6/1/11 (my 50th birlthday): 130 lbs. and an a** that is back where it used to be!!!0 -
I'm holding steady this week but TOM is almost here... AARRGGGHHH!!!!!! I will NOT succumb to the weight gain & just be more mindful. I have noticed that while I haven't "lost" anything on the scale my clothes fit WAY better suddenly. I think re-amping my workouts has helped a bit and tightened & toned a bit more. Next weekend is weigh & measure, so hopefully I'll see a change in my measurements if anything else0

It's Thursday all and I must say in all honesty, I've failed miserably at my water goal. I've been living on my coffee. The new challenge will be regarding sleep and continue with the water (to do the same - track & monitor). I will be gone a good chunk of the day tomorrow, which is why I'm posting this now. I may have a quick moment to do my weigh in but I won't have time to post the challenges.
So just to be clear, this new week's challenges, should you decide to participate are:
40+ glasses of water from Friday to Friday
6-8 hours of sleep Friday to Friday
both should be tracked and reported next Friday.
I'm so not even reporting my water. I'm ashamed. *slinks away quietly* :noway:0 -
Achieved a 2 lb. weight loss since last Friday!! And no problem on the water..........now sleep is another issue! Will work on that next week! Have a great week all........:flowerforyou:0

Well, I gained 3 lbs. over the Thanksgiving holiday (even staying under my calorie goal, and not missing a workout)! So, now I'm going to have to lose 8 lbs. by New Years! UGH!0

You can do this, Sporty! Don't get discouraged - just add in a little extra fiber or an xtra 15 mins of exercise to balance it - you can do this! I will do this with you :flowerforyou:0

I didn't have time to weigh in this morning - I will do so and report tomorrow along with continuing to work on my water challenge (I'm out of my 0 cal lemonade drink!) and sleep. It is TOM week so I may be up a lb. :-(
Sporty - could be salt or water weight too... 3 lbs is alot under those conditions. Are you measuring also? Could it be you've gained some muscle weight?

Well for some reason the cold weather is not really agreeing with my body. I have been sick 3 weeks so far . On a good note, I am down to my target weight range of 120-125. Hopefully, I can continue to maintain this streak, after I recover.
