Met goal, still losing more -- 34lbs down in 5 months

I've met my goal of 30lbs, but I've fallen in love with exercise so much and surprised myself that I could actually do it! I'm going to lose 10lbs more and tone up. I cut most sugars out of my diet, no junk food, no red meat. I replaced most carbs with vegetables. I run 3-4 miles 4 or 5 times a week, then strength for one day. Having a heart rate monitor and FitBit absolutely helped me lose weight. It helped by monitoring my steps, sleep, calories burned, etc.
