What's wrong with donuts? I had one this morning.
I wish i could just eat one donut.
CRYING LAUGHING HERE HAHAHAHA!!!0 -
Its food. Its inanimate. Stop giving it power. Eat it, log it, work it in, or don't eat it and forget it, but make it your choice.
^^So this!!!0 -
I'll take two. Thanks.0

Have one. And then exercise. Balance your life with the things you like. I'm much happier when I don't deprive myself.0

Mail it to me because Mirey and LishLash are slacking on sending me Timbits!
I want a freaking Timmy's donut.0 -
Think of how much better you will feel if you DON'T eat that donut!0

Just donuts? Meh, today there's donuts, cookies, cupcakes, oh yeah, the giant cookie in my office. I'm just trying to decide where to start.0

 ^^ definitely this! I love free food, especially free donuts. But if I don't have room in my calorie budget, I skip it. If i do have room, I donut this shiz up. But don't torture yourself. Make a decision and then put it out of your mind.
Easier said then done. Once, there was cake at work but I didn't have spare calories left. I didn't eat any but I obsessed about it for hours.0 -

Well, someone doesn't like carbs....0 -
Just ignore them. You will be proud of yourself later. Go get you some coffee or something...no sugar though!
Whaaat?!?! What's wrong with sugar, again?
OP, yesterday, fresh donuts were brought to the office. I ate 1/4 of one and left the rest. I also had sugar (1/2 tsp. per cup) in both cups of coffee. You know what, I was STILL 240 under my calorie budget...AND I managed to exceed my protein goal (it's a good thing!), while doing well on the rest of my macros.
The ONLY reason to not eat a bite of a donut, is if you think you can't stop there. And, honestly, if you're going to take orders from a donut, you need to get to the root cause of it.
Eat a damn bite of it.
Nothing's wrong with sugar, hun. I have sugar as well, everyday. But, in the beginning when I was struggling with issues like whether or not to eat a donut, my willpower sucked donkey balls and having a little bit of sugar triggered me to want more. Like you said about not being able to stop there. I figure if she's posting this, her willpower isn't all that strong yet. Was just my advice, hun. No worries....I totally agree with you, nothing wrong with some sugar as soon as you get your willpower in check. That's all. :drinker:0 -
Donuts are gross...
We don't tolerate donut shaming around here.0 -
If you want a donut from Tim Horton's, drive there and get one. No? Then don't think you want one or have to eat it just because someone made it easy access for you. No one is going to make the 30min to 1 hour of exercise you'll need to do easy for you. You will have to work for that donut. Is that what you want today?0
