    The last couple days have been gorgeous, if a bit windy. This is the fountain in the downtown plaza- note people frolicking in it.

    I've got 150.2 miles thus far in February on a recumbent bike at an average speed of 16mph. Would that be considered vigorous or very vigorous activity (for a 52yr old male, 5'10, 211lbs)? Did 14.6m tonight in 53 minutes.
