A poached egg stack:

Here's the stack, starting from the bottom
- Half an english muffin
- 1 tbs chevre
- 0.25 small avocado
- slice of heirloom tomato
- 1 poached egg
- a little salt + pepper
- 0.25 - 0.5 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbs salsa

All together, around 250 extremely delicious calories! :happy:
