for future reference, if you ever have fruit that's about to spoil, just freeze and use later for smoothies etc.

Isn't it a huge red flag that you're on a diet plan where "I ate something" is a major problem...??
This. If a few blueberries are going to cause all this hysteria - find a more healthy plan.
Here's what I do and have done for the last 19 months:
*eat at a healthy deficit to your TDEE
*weigh/measure & log every bite you eat every day
*eat foods you like but learn to moderate what you eat (this may be the most important thing to learn)
*find something you like to do and then do it consistently (not necessary to lose weight, but awesome for your mental health)
*be PATIENT and stop quitting0 -

OP, eat some food. You don't need a cleanse, you need moderation. Use MFP as intended and you'll see results.0
