Hello all! I am a fish eating vegetarian, and thought I would share a recipe that has been incredibly popular lately. It is really easy too!

Ingredients:
Diced tomatoes
Black beans
Kidney Beans
Garbanzo beans
Corn
Chili Powder

Put all ingredients into a pot, put on high for 15 minutes then low for 20-30. Serve & you will not be disappointed. This is also a very economical meal to make! The biggest meat lovers I know also love it & have said they don't miss the meat. I promise... They always miss the meat!!!

I'm making vegetarian chili tomorrow. It is a family favorite and even my meat eating in-laws raved about it when I made it for them!

I have a secret ingredient..............a dash of cinnamon.

If you start the pot with a diced onion and some chopped bell peppers you won't regret it

    another 'secret' ingredient - peanuts!

    Dry roasted, unsalted -

I don't 'cook' them in with the chili (they get soggy) - but sprinkle a handful on top when you're ready to eat.

Adds a nice crunch - AND protein!
