Okay, time to start working out and kick these goals into high gear! My daughter turned me on to a new snack last night, avocado pieces drizzled with salsa, Yum! Thanks, Lynnette. Snacking seems to be my worst enemy, so it's great when I can find something that's healthy and not too counter productive.
My favourite thing is grilling avocado then mashing it up with a bit of light salad cream (or light mayo) and black pepper. Best. Thing. EVER.0 -

I love spring and summer...some fall but winter drags me down. I love walking outside after work and on weekends, but the sun is already setting by the time I get home in winter time, and I don't walk by myself when it's dark outside. Give me sunshine and warm weather.
