Btw..For the information that I share with you all, I test it by myself for 6 months before I post it up.

In 6 months time, I did not get sick (fever, sore throat, coughing) and my weight reduction goes great:happy:

Please clarify why your American grammar syntax is perfect in your cut-and-paste first post and seems to fall apart in your second and third posts......

I am not an American

Shocking. And apparently, not so great at scientific research either. But pretty great at cut and paste.

I make lemon water sometimes because I get tired of regular water.

Never saw any magical benefits from it.

We get it. No one can fool you! You listen to Public Radio...

OP did include the link. Were you expecting her to cite her sources in APA style? She never claimed to be an expert either.

I believe I said scientific research. I don't think tasty-yummies.com qualfies as a scientific source. I call out people who claim that a thing works when it doesn't. There's no scientific proof that drinking warm lemon juice does any of the things OP claims it does.

The link was in reference to the copy & paste. OP was sharing an article she read. Instead of arguing against the article you attacked OP's credibility and English grammar and yet she never claimed to be an expert nor did she say this was her "research." You said there is no scientific proof that drinking warm lemon juice does any of the things OP claims yet I doubt you actually researched any data to support your claim. I do not care to support or disprove the article.

She claimed her 6 months of trying it on herself was proof it worked. A double-blind study on a large pool of candidates is a scientific research study that proves something is true, and this isn't that. I need no more proof than that of its lack of provability.

Helps purify the blood? Helps "clench" the liver? What does that even mean?

Also lemon juice doesn't alkalinize your body. It's neutral in terms of its acid-base load. One hydrogen ion is supplied to the body and one hydrogen ion is used by the body to metabolize the citrate. If you want alkalinizing effects look into orange juice which is primarily potassium citrate rather than citric acid.

I might as well shut myself up because my grammar is really poor to american standard. Thanks for pointing out my errors.

    Thanks for those supported me..

Take it or leave it, lemon is just a lemon, we choose to consume what we want to eat and drink, to lead life in a healthy manner.

I agree it was poor manners to attack your grammar - everybody does not have English as a mother tongue (let alone American English)

I think your article made some very strange claims though and I do not think lemon juice has any magical properties.

However if you like drinking it and it is working for you, that's great.

Hmmm, I was just reading a thread about how to calculate the % of weight lost from your body for a contest some people in and office are doing for a contest.

Just like in this discussion, you go off topic and turn it into a critical review of the original poster. If you are not interested in joining a discussion about fitness, health, diet, etc. go somewhere else. You are boring and apparently jump from forum to forum. I am tired of reading your crap everytime I pick a forum.

Just ignore the gnomes and mean spirted people who troll the forums trying to cause problems. I thank you for the information and you keep on posting my dear, some of us appreciate it:flowerforyou:

My issue is with sharing information that has no scientific study to back it up, as I said previously. The information was merely cut and pasted from a website that isn't backed up by any kind of data. That's what I was questioning. If my approach was offensive, I apologize for that.
