    Happy to report I have made it to ONE-derland!

    Officially 198!!

    Bike was broken for almost two weeks. I went to the gym and used the elliptical. When i finally got my bike back, I have done two 20+ mile rides already!!! Lifting weights a few times a week as well. But as long as this awesome weather holds up, I'm doing what i can outside!!!

    You're doing so well! Health scares tend to be a big motivating factor. You look good and happy too. I'm guessing yuo won't be single for much longer now!!

    Now I cant wait for spring and the biking season to start. I really want to buy a nice road bike this year, and trying to do a Century ride (100 miles) before 2015.

    One year has come and gone!

    I started at 260lbs May 15th 2013
    Reached goal 175lbs April 11th 2014

    Total loss 85 lbs in 11 months.

    I started tracking my bike rides About August 2013. I purchased / upgraded three bikes in that time. Now I'm convinced I'm hooked on Mountain biking, so I bought the new bike as a present for the hard work.

    Hit 170.9 today. Lowest ever!! SWEEETT!!!!!!

    I have been doing trail maintenance at our local Single track bike trail this week, Slinging a large b rush cutter in 85 degrees and 4 hours a day makes you sweat!!

    Pants size down to 36! and there loose!! I started at 46...
    Neck down to 15"

    Just try and stop me now....lol
