Bike was broken for almost two weeks. I went to the gym and used the elliptical. When i finally got my bike back, I have done two 20+ mile rides already!!! Lifting weights a few times a week as well. But as long as this awesome weather holds up, I'm doing what i can outside!!!

Now I cant wait for spring and the biking season to start. I really want to buy a nice road bike this year, and trying to do a Century ride (100 miles) before 2015.

I have been doing trail maintenance at our local Single track bike trail this week, Slinging a large b rush cutter in 85 degrees and 4 hours a day makes you sweat!!
