    WED: 2119 calories. 90 mins eliptical and 30 mins of kettlebell/ Indian clubs.
    THURS; 1390 calories. 62mins eliptical, 30mins walking dog 3.0mph, and 10min weight lifting (chest and arms)


    Total: 3509 calories burned.

    Hi guys. I'd like to join this.

    My Weekly Goal is 7,000 calories. I'll try to go higher, but won't be able to exercise next Sunday.
    Anyway, these are my numbers:

    Wed: 1,513-- calories burned (playing basketball 105 mins)
    Thur: 1,104 calories burned ( 70 min bike ride)
    Fri: 1,060 calories burned ( 4 mile run + 12 mins pushups,situps)
    Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
    Tues:calories burned(how they were burned)


    Total: 3,677
    Left to goal: 3,323

    Wed:1,083 calories burned (45 mins elliptical, 1 hr tennis lesson, 35 min DVD workout)
    Thu: 385 cals burned (wimpy I know, but don't have time for any more today!) - 45 mins elliptical
    Fri: 1,048 (70 mins elliptical, 1 hr tennis lesson)

    Total: 2,516
    Left to goal: 3,184 (which means 1,061/day if I take Sun off. Going to be hard!!!)

    Leanmass - GREAT numbers!!!
    You guys are way TOO much for me! There's no way I can keep up with you, but I'll do my best! Remember, I weigh 125, so my calorie burn is WAY less! But I'm trying!!!

    O.K. so i thought today I'd be back on track after a day @ Disney yesterday.Guess what? I was wrong.It didn't help that I had to get up @ 5 a.m. to drive my niece to the airport but I'm beat.Hopefully I'll be back on my bike tomorrow!!

    Good luck guys, sound like fun hahaha.

    I already burn atleast 16000+ calories a day so not really a challenge for me :o)

    I run every morning about 7km = 4.3 mile around 1200 calories, then in the arvo I walk that same track which is burns around 500 calories. And if I get a chance I go for a small ride or even a 10km ride 6 mile :o). I'm lucky to live in a small town and everything is almost within walking distance from my house. So the car rarely get used these days and I either walk to shop or ride. We all did it when we were kids and never complained so why not now? A car makes you lazy!!

    How are you calculating your calories for running? When I go to the exercise database and put in running/jogging, it is no where close to what you all are coming up with on calories spent.
