Hi guys. I'd like to join this.
My Weekly Goal is 7,000 calories. I'll try to go higher, but won't be able to exercise next Sunday.
Anyway, these are my numbers:
Wed: 1,513-- calories burned (playing basketball 105 mins)
Thur: 1,104 calories burned ( 70 min bike ride)
Fri: 1,060 calories burned ( 4 mile run + 12 mins pushups,situps)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)
Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
Tues:calories burned(how they were burned)
Total: 3,677
Left to goal: 3,3230 -
Weekly Goal: 5,700 calories
Wed:1,083 calories burned (45 mins elliptical, 1 hr tennis lesson, 35 min DVD workout)
Thu: 385 cals burned (wimpy I know, but don't have time for any more today!) - 45 mins elliptical
Fri: 1,048 (70 mins elliptical, 1 hr tennis lesson)
Total: 2,516
Left to goal: 3,184 (which means 1,061/day if I take Sun off. Going to be hard!!!)

You guys are way TOO much for me! There's no way I can keep up with you, but I'll do my best! Remember, I weigh 125, so my calorie burn is WAY less! But I'm trying!!!

Good luck guys, sound like fun hahaha.
I already burn atleast 16000+ calories a day so not really a challenge for me )
I run every morning about 7km = 4.3 mile around 1200 calories, then in the arvo I walk that same track which is burns around 500 calories. And if I get a chance I go for a small ride or even a 10km ride 6 mile ). I'm lucky to live in a small town and everything is almost within walking distance from my house. So the car rarely get used these days and I either walk to shop or ride. We all did it when we were kids and never complained so why not now? A car makes you lazy!!0 -

How are you calculating your calories for running? When I go to the exercise database and put in running/jogging, it is no where close to what you all are coming up with on calories spent.0
