    ooop I put one to many 0 in my calories per day..

    I just use it and get this lucinda64

    Not sure how accurate this calculator is though but its a great guide

    Thur: 1,104 calories burned ( 70 min bike ride)
    Fri: 1,060 calories burned ( 4 mile run + 12 mins pushups,situps)
    Sat: 1,109 calories burned (80 min bike ride)
    Sun: 0 calories burned (does cooking steaks in the BBQ count? I guess not :sad: )
    Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
    Tues:calories burned(how they were burned)


    Total: 4,786
    Left to goal: 2,214

    How are you calculating your calories for running? When I go to the exercise database and put in running/jogging, it is no where close to what you all are coming up with on calories spent.

    When you are pushing 270lbs 5mph it burns a bit of calories ;)

    Wed:1,083 calories burned (45 mins elliptical, 1 hr tennis lesson, 35 min DVD workout)
    Thu: 385 cals burned (wimpy I know, but didn't have more time!) - 45 mins elliptical
    Fri: 1,048 (70 mins elliptical, 1 hr tennis lesson)
    Midnight Friday: 635 (dancing for 2.5 hrs at a party, but I was conservative, since it was about 3.5...)
    Sat: OFF
    Sun: 927 (102 mins elliptical, 15 min abs, push ups)
    Mon: 893 (50 mins elliptical, 55 mins DVD workout, 15 min tennis singles)

    Total: 4,971
    Left to goal: 729 (I'm soooo there!!!) :drinker:

    Mark, I'm up for more challenges, but I'll be out for a few days on Wed, so I could join you until the following wk. Keep them coming! I do what I can for my weight and with my time!

    Make sure you put in the right pace(mph) there's quite a difference running 5 mph as opposed to running 3 mph

    Goal: as much as I can do without killing myself.

    WED: 2119 calories. 90 mins eliptical and 30 mins of kettlebell/ Indian clubs.
    THURS; 1390 calories. 62mins eliptical, 30mins walking dog 3.0mph, and 10min weight lifting (chest and arms)
    FRI: 484 calories. 30 mins of kettlebells/Indian clubs... wasnt feeling so good today so I just did a little workout
    SAT: 1231 calories, 20 mins of push ups and sit ups and 50 mins on the eliptical
    SUN: 1090 calories. 60mins on the eliptical
    MON: 1181 calories. 65mins on eliptical.

    Total: 7495 calories burned.

    This was a very tough week.We had company then the weather turned cold & windy!! Met the goal!! Congrats to all that participated wether you reached your goal or not your motivation inspires me!!

    It could have been an 8,000+ week, but Sunday was an off day. Still, hitting the 7K mark is fine by me. :glasses:
    My mind is now set on reaching my last goal for December which is to walk/run/bike over 200 miles.
