How do you reward yourself?

I do the same, I have a scale:
10lbs: hairdresser appt
15 lbs: mani-pedi
20 lbs: facial
25 lbs: massage
I love love love this idea! I am so close to a massage i can taste it! haha0 -
New workout clothes, always form-fitting so I don't let myself wear something baggy (which would essentially mean I could slack -- gotta stay trim for my workout gear), new summer clothes once we get closer.... daily dark chocolate or other chocolate. TEA. I stress the importance of not totally depriving.0

Hi
I go to my weight watchers meeting on a Saturday morning and if I have lost a pound or more that week then i head straight to wholefoods (next door) and buy myself a fresh bunch of flowers!0 -
For milestones, I treat myself to something adorable (and not too expensive!) on etsy. Like handmade jewelry, a framed print, or a scarf. I try to pick something that carries a little secret inspirational or "victory" message to myself. The last reward was a little bronze kit (a young fox) pendant because I was feeling a little foxy... (totally cheesy, I know...) but it makes me smile every time I wear it.0

At first I didn't believe in rewarding myself for doing what I should: Eat healthy. But....this has really been a struggle for me. So I thought maybe a reward list would possibly help me stay motivated...Here's my list:
Subway Gift Card
Hair cut
new swim suit
hair color
new shoes
new work out clothes
new wedding ring (I'm already wearing it on my middle finger so I don't lose it)
I thought that every 10 lbs seemed reasonable. Then I thought I shouldn't do all that for myself, so I gave my list to my husband...lol...He readily agreed to this list. I was shocked. He asks me every morning what my weight was (if I don't tell him first). So I guess I don't really reward myself...but kinda...lol0 -
A second glass of wine. New running shoes.0

Makeup
Hula Hoops and other props
Allow myself to go to the fabric store and make something awesome for myself. When i reach goal weight i already have a pattern and fabric picked out for a pinup style dress0 -
At ten pounds lost I bought new workout clothes - more form fitting. Keeps me motivated, haha. I guess when they begin to loosen I'll do the same. Years ago I lost about 40 pounds and I put aside $10 for every pound. When I reached my goal I went shopping and didn't need to worry about where the money would come from. That was nice.0

That's a great idea.... as long as you can stick with it.
But that's definitely a great plan. I didn't realize with what happened to me how expensive re-shopping would be!! it's definitely a pain.0 -
Knowing I look/feel better. I also reward myself with piercings & tattoos since I love them a lot0

This time around, my goals are the following:
Since I'm heavier than ever, my first goal is to fit into all of my clothes again. My reward is...fitting in my clothes lol.
Next, after the next ten pounds, a couple new piercings
Ten pounds later, probably some new shoes, mine are getting ratty.
I haven't gotten further than that.0 -
I'm going to buy some new clothes when I'm under 200 lb. Looks like I'll be running around naked for a while.0

Hello Gloria! (LOVE your name by the way)
I reward myself sometimes by buying some fudge pops, some are under 60 calories each!
Or visiting Hot Topic for some new band tees.0 -
I allow myself a 12 oz normal soda once in a while or 8 oz depending on how my calories are that day. Once in a while i go a tiny bit over but it's never more than like 300 calories if that. I've got enough clothes from the past that until i hit 240 pounds i won't need anything new. Actually half of my clothes never get worn until i run out of laundry.0

clothes, haircut/color, a cheat day. When I hit my GW I plan on getting a new tattoo0
-
Taking selfies and doing fun workouts!0
-
I calculated what I used to spend on restaurant food and use that for a gel mani or pedi every 3-4 wks. And I go to the movie every other wk. 63#s lost 43#s to go0
-
I allow myself a couple hundred calories one day on the weekend after a GOOD week of logging and exercising0
-
I'm thinking of rewarding myself with a hip tattoo once I hit my goal weight. Always wanted one, but never saw the point because no one would be able to see it clearly thanks to my fat rolls.0
-
massage, pedicure or new clothes0
-
I don't. I guess just knowing I look better is enough for me.0

Anything you are excited about. I bought new running nike shoes. One time I rewarded myself with a beef taco salad or a venti nonfat mocha. With exercise just having done it feels amazing.0

I have rewards planned for each 10lbs, makes me push a little harder. Maybe it's materialistic, but I'm motivated by rewards, and setting it in 10lb increments makes it seem like the next one isn't too far out of reach.
10lbs - new printed strap for my camera
20lbs - mani/pedi
30lbs - massage
40lbs - piece of costume jewelry
50lbs - pair of shoes
60lbs - new bedding
70lbs - spa day (facial, mani/pedi, massage)
Goal - Coach Purse0 -
New clothes, usually. I've shrunk into... and then out of.... most of my old clothes, so I'm into all new stuff now.
Massage is always nice, but I live in the middle of nowhere, and the one salon here that used to have a massage therapist, doesn't anymore. Hoping they'll find another one soon, because I totally need a massage.
New exercise equipment. :happy:0 -
Some of my rewards have been:
New workout clothes, tops, bottoms, cute running socks,
Swimsuit
Cycling shoes
Gym membership
Nice hair cut
MP3 songs to run with
Thrift store jeans and shirts
And when I hit goal- a whole new wardrobe.
And new clothes as I continue to maintain. Just ordered a cute dress in a size 6-8 holy cow! I used to wear an 18-20!0 -
New gym clothes that don't fall down, wigs, clothes and the ultimate one is a tattoo.
May get a man too... Maybe, seems like a lot of effort really and I would rather spend that time in the gym!0
