Took me 7 months to lose just over 70lbs...no way in hell you are losing that much that fast.0

I've lost 53lbs in 10mos!! I believe I lost 20ish lbs the first 2 months, then it slowed down.
Stop with the quick fixes. Eat at a deficit, exercise, drink loads of water and take it slow. Slow and steady wins the race.0 -
while we are at it, why not 60 pounds in two weeks????
Seriously, OP you need to stop, take a breath, and just focus on consistent, healthy weight loss. You did not get obese in two weeks, and you are not going to lose it all in two weeks either.
I would say..
focus on maintaining a 500 calorie daily deficit.
work out/move more
do not restrict foods; go with the 80/20 rule, 80% healthy and 20% whatever you want..cake, cookies, ice cream, pizza, etc…
only weigh yourself once a week….
it is a marathon, not a sprint
and there are no quick fixes.0 -

Christmas is possible, and next spring/summer is even more plausible. And even then, you're losing more than 1 lb a week, which is average. But that doesn't mean you can't get fit and healthy by the time summer comes around. If you dedicate your time to working out very often and eating extremely healthy, you will like the physical results more than the results on the scale and will see physical results faster than your goal on the scale.0

I have lost 13 pounds in the last five days. I am also very sick. The scale is very deceiving. Realize that if you do this in a short period of time it is mostly water weight not actual pounds though. I was in the hospital, had a lumbar puncture to drain CSF and am on several diuretics to control my intracranial hypertension so no....it is not healthy weight loss at all. I am also not eating well because my meds make me nauseated. So....in other words don't do anything drastic to lose weight in a short period of time. I have a chronic illness but....you don't want your body to shut down because you are not fueling it properly. I also saw you were commenting on a water fast page. No good. Water is good for you but not just water. Your body realizes that you are not eating and will slow down its own metabolism at rest to save energy. When you do start eating again it will store whatever it can and keep your metabolism at rest at a lower rate to avoid starvation again.0

You really should stop this nonsense! It wont happen! If you did do it by starving yourself I guarantee you will gain it all back! Do it right eat healthy and exercise that way you stay healthy and keep the weight off!0
